Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is estimated at 3–7 business days from the date your order ships. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed — carrier delays may occur.

Delivery Expectations

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment notification is sent.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and any safe delivery spots around your property
  2. Verify your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout
  3. Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered early
  4. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
  5. Contact us at admin@3d-vitality.com within 5 business days of the marked delivery date

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the situation. 3D Vitality L.L.C. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery scan has been made.

Return & Refund Policy

Unopened Products

Unopened products in their original, factory-sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received them. To initiate a return, email us at admin@3d-vitality.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Opened Products

Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our supplement products, opened items are generally not eligible for return or refund. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all customers, as we cannot verify the condition or storage of a returned supplement once opened.

Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in the event of:

  • A verified product defect (unusual smell, texture, appearance not consistent with product description)
  • An allergic or adverse reaction (documentation may be requested)
  • Receiving the wrong product due to our fulfillment error

In these cases, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details, and we will work with you to find a fair resolution — which may include a partial refund, store credit, or product replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened supplement products (unless defective)
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items not in original condition or with missing packaging

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at admin@3d-vitality.com with your order number and photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
