1. Product Purchases

All purchases made through our website are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally authorized to make the purchase.

Our supplements are intended for use by healthy adults. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any medical condition or are taking medications.

2. Pricing & Errors

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website at any time, including after an order has been placed. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before fulfilling your order and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location within the United States.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. 3D Vitality L.L.C. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us at admin@3d-vitality.com within 5 business days. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, minus any shipping costs. To initiate a return, contact us at admin@3d-vitality.com.

Opened products are generally not eligible for return due to the nature of consumable supplement products and for hygiene and safety reasons. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in the case of a product defect or quality issue.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to the 3D Vitality name, logo, tagline "Fuel Your Wealth™", product images, graphics, copy, and brand materials — is the exclusive property of 3D Vitality L.L.C. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
